Full disclosure: I love Halloween. Maybe even more than Christmas. So when I share my favorite Halloween shopping ideas from costume ideas and decor, know you aren’t alone. Some links are affiliate links that earn me a commission if you purchase through them.
Halloween use to be a day. It used to be trick or treating at night and maybe a party, but now Halloween is a a full season.
And when it’s a full season, that gives you license to really celebrate. Bring on the decor. Enjoy all the food. Wear all the costumes.
Every year, I add to my collection. I find more Halloween decorations I just have to have or another t-shirt that I can wear the entire month of October.
I find some of my best discoveries on Jane.com – where everything on the site is always a sale item and they rotate items in and out constantly. You have to move fast when you find what you need!
How Jane.com works: They source a vast selection of products, but they’re only available for a few days. Did you miss one of these great items? Don’t fret; you can shop their Halloween store to see what’s new!
Best Halloween Shopping Ideas
I love me a good fall shirt, and Jane.com delivers. They offer a variety of shirts that are strictly Halloween day (ok week) only and others that are perfect to enjoy all fall long.
These unisex shirts have a relaxed fit in sizes from XS to XL. They ship for $18.98 (originally $25.99) and come in a variety of designs. Even though I don’t love eating candy corn, I’m all about this candy corn t-shirt!
With four different designs in ten colors, how can you not find one of these cute candy corn tees to love?
My favorite decor is the kind that I can swap in and out seasonally. I have garden flags that I change six or eight times a year, and the same holds true for prints throughout my house. (And yes, Jane.com has Halloween garden flags, too.)
I use the same frames and have a variety of prints that I change throughout the year. These prints on heavy cardstock don’t take up my storage space and really add a fun oomph to any room.
Choose 11×14 or 8×10 prints, and enjoy these large prints that come in 40 different options. Let me promise you, you need the “Boo! We’re out of candy” print for Halloween night when all the chocolate is gone. Or eaten.
These high quality prints ship for just $7.27 for the first one and $4.56 for each additional print.
You know I couldn’t imagine not sharing something kitchen related. I love these flexible Halloween molds.
Made from food grade silicone, you can use these to make cakes or brownies. They’d make really fun (and huge) chocolates or candies, too.
If you’re a crafter, create a Haloween soap instead. Me? I plan to make my classic brownies in this mold!
Pick them up for just $8.98 shipped!
Halloween kid clothes
Yes, I talked about some of the Hallween tees (there are plenty of other options, too!), but we can’t forget the kids. Sometimes you can use kid clothes as their costumes, but it’s also fun to let them celebrate the season just like we do.
These adorable kids Halloween tees come in sizes ranging from 2T to Youth XL (14/16). Sadly my kids are out of those sizes, but that chomp or treat shark? I am so bummed they’ve grown up!
There are eight different designs and six colors in these fun super soft tees. They’re a poly/cotton blend and a unisex cut. Grab one for $18.98 shipped (regularly $30).
Personalized Halloween buckets
Trick or treating is the hallmark of childhood. My kids had a personalized bucket they used every year from the time they were babies.
But honestly? They weren’t so cool as these personalized light up Halloween buckets. I’m kinda jealous.
These are buckets kids can and will use for years – and they’re selling out fast; some colors are already gone! Turn the light on or off as needed, which also helps ensure your kids are visible as they’re out Halloween night.
Choose from one of six designs and six (now fewer!) colors, then add your child’s name. They will be there before Halloween so you can enjoy them this year and for years to come.
They’re just $33.74 shipped, and I can’t wait to see what you choose!
