These carrot cranberry muffins are easy to make and taste delicious. With pureed carrot, they have less sugar and fat than most recipes! It’s a perfect from scratch breakfast or brunch that you can grab and go. The fresh cranberries provide a perfect tang to complement the flavor, too.
This from scratch blueberry streusel coffee cake makes for an amazing breakfast, but it’s also a lovely not too sweet dessert or a perfect mid afternoon snack. It holds up well for a couple days, and yes, you can use frozen or fresh blueberries.
