This fun quick bread combines one of everyone's favorite fruits with delicious sweet bread. The streusel on top adds a perfect crunch to this bread as perfect for breakfast as it is for dessert.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, add 1 1/2 cup flour, baking powder, sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Whisk together until thoroughly combined.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Measure out your milk and vanilla, and add the eggs to the liquids. Place 1/4 cup of the mayonnaise into the dry ingredients, then pour the liquid ingredients over immediately.

Mix the batter until just combined. Add the cherries and stir gently.

Make the streusel: Add the dry ingredients into a small bowl - 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, the oats, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Using a large fork, stir until combined. Add the last 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and using the fork, mix until crumbly.

Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan. Add the streusel on top, and gently press into the batter.
Bake in your 375 degree oven for 50-60 minutes, until your cake tester comes out clean. Cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan to cool completely. Store sealed on the counter for 4-5 days.
