Movie night just got an upgrade with Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn! This sweet and salty treat is easy to make. Airy popcorn gets coated in a blanket of rich melted chocolate, creating a delightful combination of textures and flavors. Pour just enough oil in the bottom of the bowl to cover it, then add kernels atop it. Cover the bowl with tin foil, and poke some holes in it. Turn the stove on to medium/medium high, and start shaking. Shake until it all stops popping.
2 tablespoons Olive oil, 1/2 cup Popcorn kernels
Immediately add just enough salt to taste.

Lay the popcorn on the nonstick surface in a thin layer. While it cools, melt the chocolate over low heat in a heavy pan or double boiler.
1/4 cup dark chocolate
Use a spatula to scoop up just a little of the chocolate, and then drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn.
If you get clumps of chocolate, use your spatula to mix up the popcorn, distributing the chocolate. Put on as much or as little chocolate as you like.
