Ingredients

  • 1 ounce half and half
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 3 ounces crème de cacao
  • 3 ounces Godiva liqueur
  • Chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

  • Line martini glasses with chocolate syrup. You need just a little bit, less than you expect.

  • Place all but chocolate syrup in a shaker with ice.
    1 ounce half and half, 1 ounce vodka, 3 ounces crème de cacao, 3 ounces Godiva liqueur
  • Shake for 15-20 seconds, then pour half the mixture into each glass, straining out the ice.
  • Serve immediately.

  • This makes enough for two cocktails. But if you're making this for a crowd, it scales up easily. Just keep the same ratio. You can make it up ahead of time and stick it in the fridge. Just stir well before you pour.
