Smores Bark
Leftover chocolate? Making this quick and fun s'mores bark is the perfect use for melted chocolate whether it's from dipping other desserts or you melt it just for this!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces dark chocolate melted
- 4 large marshmallows
- 1 graham cracker
Instructions
- Melt chocolate gently and let cool slightly until just warm to touch.6 ounces dark chocolate
- Rip your marshmallows into five pieces each. Crumble graham cracker into pieces about the same size as the marshmallow chunks or a little larger.4 large marshmallows, 1 graham cracker
- Add three-quarters of marshmallows to the melted chocolate and stir to coat.
- Pour chocolate onto a silpat or sheet of waxed paper and use a spatula to smooth it to an even thickness of about a quarter inch.
- Decoratively add remaining marshmallows and graham cracker to top of the chocolate, gently patting into the chocolate.
- Let chocolate harden at room temp or place in the freezer. Once bark is completely solid, break into chunks.
- Store in sealed container on counter and enjoy within 2-3 days to prevent marshmallows from getting hard and graham crackers soft.
Notes
- I prefer the rustic look and texture of ripping large marshmallows into chunks. If you prefer, go ahead and use small marshmallows. Note that measurements are approximate and can be scaled up or down to fit what you have on hand.
