Add milk and the sweetened condensed milk to a heavy saucepan and turn the heat on low. You want this to warm up just enough to come together but not actually cook anything.
1 1/2 cups milk, 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, almond extract, and vanilla. Whisk together until the cinnamon is mostly incorporated.
To freeze for later use or to use in iced coffees or an ice cream float, pour the creamer into ice cube trays or mini muffin tin cups. Freeze for two hours.
Run the bottom under warm water for a few seconds, then pop the creamer cubes from the container. Store in a zip-top bag in the freezer for up to two months.
