This flavorful chunky sauce is a perfect dip for pizza slices - especially crusts. It takes just a couple of minutes to make and is always a hit at parties!
Add sundried tomatoes, oil from the jar, anchovy fillets, and garlic to the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the bowl as needed.
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, 3 tablespoons oil from sundried tomatoes, 2 anchovy fillets, 4 cloves garlic
Scrape the paste into a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the sauce and stir gently to combine.

Serve immediately. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week in a tightly sealed container.
