Beaches Resorts is my happy place. There’s so much to love about it, and food is a big part. So where should you eat breakfast at Beaches Resorts in Turks and Caicos?
With 25 dining options, Beaches Resorts Turks and Caicos has a huge variety of food options. Not all restaurants serve all meals, and not all are open every day, so plan ahead when you arrive!
The good news? There’s always plenty of choice. The bad news? You may not have enough time to enjoy them all. I shared earlier my 13 can’t miss meals at Beaches, That’s a good place to start, but get to know the Beaches Resorts restaurants before you head out on vacation.
Yes, all the food and drink is included, with the exception of some specialty wine bottles at the fancier restaurants and the fish fry on Wednesday nights. You can read more about that in my Beaches Resorts dinner restaurant guide.
In fact, I have a ton of Beaches Resorts recommendations and tips to share. You can find those links at the bottom of this article.
Even if you don’t usually eat breakfast, make time to enjoy the breakfast options at Beaches Resorts. You can find quick bites and longer sit down meals and everything in between.
Note that the days restaurants are open change throughout the year. Fortunately, the hours remain the same year round. In peak season, they’re open more days, while off season has more days they’re closed. You’ll always have plenty of options no matter what though.
When you check in, you will receive a brochure that lists the current restaurant days and times for your stay. Hold onto that and refer to it.
There’s nothing more disappointing than heading to a restaurant for an anticipated meal and it being closed. Been there, done that.

Where should you eat breakfast at Beaches Resorts?
Nine restaurants offer breakfasts options at Beaches in Turks and Caicos. You can find something in all four villages, so you don’t have to walk far if you want to simply grab something fast.
Italian Village Breakfast Restaurants
Barefoot by the Sea
Hours: 7:30-10:30am
When they say Barefoot by the Sea, they truly mean barefoot. This restaurant consists of small picnic tables set in the sand just in front of the beach. It’s probably the most relaxing place to enjoy a meal at Beaches Resorts in Turks and Caicos.
They serve a delicious breakfast with a Caribbean flair. Their muesli made it to my can’t miss meals list, and another friend swears by their plantain porridge. They also provide a small dish of pastries when you sit down to enjoy immediately.
Mario’s
Hours: 6:30-10:30am
Mario’s offers a buffet breakfast that’s beyond what you expect at a typical buffet. You have the option to sit indoors or outside on their covered patio to enjoy the Italian Village pool coming to life.
While most buffets offer fruits, cereals, pancakes, bacon, and more along with omelettes made to order, Mario’s takes it a step further. They’ll make a variety of eggs for you, including an eggs Benedict and fantastic omelets.
You can also find fruit, hot and cold cereals, breads and pastries, oatmeal, and so much more.
Key West Village Breakfast Restaurants
Bayside
Hours: 6:30-10:30am
Bayside is directly underneath Sky and overlooks the ocean. This restaurant also offers a buffet for breakfast, but it focuses more on international dishes.
You’ll find plenty of pastries and fruit, along with hot and cold cereals. That said, it still offers items you’re used to seeing at home.
The buffet at Bayside is, however, smaller than the one you’ll find at Mario’s or Reflections. For example, it doesn’t offer the made to order eggs.
Sky
Hours: 7:30-10:30am
To get to Sky, you have to climb a set up almost hidden steps near the front entrance of Bayside. Once there, you’ll see how the name perfectly fits the restaurant that has the best views at the resort.
This is a sit down restaurant, and the food is more nuanced than some of the buffets. The tangerine glazed beignets are to die for.
You can also enjoy everything from eggs in tomatillo sauce to chocolate fondue pancakes to a Key West omelet. Though the menu is slightly smaller, the food is fantastic.
Caribbean Village Breakfast Restaurants
Schooner’s
Hours: 7:30-11am
Located just off the beach, you can enjoy Schooner’s breakfast indoors, on their raised patio, or further from the restaurant and closer to the beach. I love their ocean view. It’s a perfect way to start the morning.
At Schooner’s, you can enjoy things like a salmon avocado toast or a fancified caramelized banana French toast. This is a fun and delicious breakfast option.
Another bonus? Many people don’t realize it serves breakfast, so it’s often quieter than some of the other restaurants on site.
Reflections
Hours: 6:30-10:30am
You can find this restaurant inside the lobby of the Caribbean Village. This is another wide ranging buffet for a quick meal with lots of options.
The menu here is pretty much the same as Mario’s, so pick whichever restaurant is closer to you – or decide if you want to eat indoors or out, as Reflections is primarily indoors.
Reflections does offer seating on a small veranda. Recognize that the outdoor seating is minimal compared to both the indoor seating here and the large patio at Mario’s.
French Village Restaurant Options
Cafe de Paris
Hours: 6am-10pm (the food options change throughout the day)
If you’re a coffee afficianado, you’ll get to know Cafe de Paris quite well during your stay. If you want a fancy coffee, this is where you go. They offer hot and iced versions of pretty much anything you enjoy, made to order.
Beyond that, the cafe also has hot ham and cheese croissants and pastries in warming dishes on the side of the cafe. They have even more pastries and desserts behind the glass.
Giuseppe’s
Hours: 7-10:30am
Hidden just past Cafe de Paris, it’s easy to miss Giuseppe’s. This Italian restaurant has a smaller restaurant and seating area.
You can still enjoy eating both indoors in the Tuscan themed dining room or on the terrace just outside the restaurant. While they serve Italian food later in the day, this is another buffet options with items similar to those available elsewhere on resort.
The big difference with Giuseppe’s? This is where they “hide” the crepes. You may expect to find them at Cafe de Paris, but in Turks and Caicos, the crepes are in the buffet at Giuseppe’s.
The good news? You don’t have to wait for crepes to be made to order, and they have allllll the toppings there just waiting for you to make a selection!
